This case study explores how organizational design, leadership development, workflow transformation, and cross-functional collaboration helped build a more agile, scalable Creative function capable of supporting approximately 3,000 annual deliverables and adapting to future growth.
Marq & MediaValet Implementation

What began as an evaluation of digital asset management evolved into a multi-year enterprise transformation strategy connecting templates, digital assets, proposals, Salesforce, and generative AI into a governed content ecosystem. This case study follows the development of the Marq and MediaValet implementation, from building stakeholder support and redesigning the rollout after an initial budget rejection to creating a phased roadmap that strengthens brand governance, expands self-service, and is projected to release more than $100,000 in annual central technology and Marketing budget capacity.
